Adam is CEO. He worked previously for Citibank, UBS and NatWest Securities. In 1997 he founded the Ottawa Partnership which provided financial and risk management services to the media and technology industries and is the former finance director of Tribute Media Group. Adam read Psychology at London University and Finance at the London Business School.
Mike is a Director and co-founder of Carbon Capital Limited. He is also co-founder of C-Fix BV and co-founder and Chairman of Landcom Holdings plc. Formerly a strategy consultant with Booz.Allen and Hamilton, Mike has extensive experience in developing and implementing environmental, commercial or aid projects across the globe for Shell, Mobil and the UN. Mike read Engineering at Cambridge University and Business Administration at City University, London.
Stuart is a Director and co-founder of Carbon Capital Limited. He is a former investment banker and has extensive trading and finance experience. He joined Lehman Brothers in 1981 and assumed senior positions including head of European money markets and head of Eurobond trading. He worked at UBS from 1994 to 2004, where his responsibilities included global head of fixed-income e-commerce. Stuart read Natural Sciences at Cambridge University and Industrial Sociology and Economics at Imperial College, London.
Jacopo is a Director and co-founder of Carbon Capital Limited. He has extensive experience in fixed income and structured finance. He worked previously for Baring Brothers, IBJ Intl., Banque Paribas and from 1996 to 2004, UBS where he was co-head of marketing fixed-income derivative products.
Pete is a Director and co-founder of Carbon Capital Limited. He started his career in corporate finance in 1988 with Rickett & Co. moving to France where he bought and operated Wilds Farm, a food export business which was sold in 1993. Peter returned to the City as a European equity sales-trader before establishing a Ropner Gray, an independent corporate marketing company in 1997. Peter read Business Studies at Edinburgh University.
Ed is Director and co-founder of Carbon Capital Limited with responsibility for marketing. He established the Publications Division of Mergermarket, a mergers and acquisitions information provider, and worked for Planned Business Development, a New York-based business strategy consultancy. Edward read English at Buckingham University and was a commissioned officer in the Blues and Royals.
Phillip is Carbon Capital’s company secretary. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and was for 13 years a general practice partner of PKF. He left the firm in April 2004 he now advises a number of businesses on accounting and taxation.
Richard is Carbon Capital’s financial controller. He is a chartered accountant and trained with the Audit Commission before working with KPMG in London for 5 years. He moved to the Caribbean in 2001 working for Fortis Bank where he was the senior account manager for a number of large hedge funds. Richard read Economics at Exeter University.
