At the Extraordinary Meetings held on 24th July 2007 Carbon Capital received a mandate from the Members of the Carbon Trading Partnerships to negotiate and conclude the sale of the businesses of the Partnerships. If a transaction is concluded the resulting company could be one of the world's largest carbon/bio-energy/forestry businesses.
